Reports are coming that there has been another search engine to be blocked in China. At first, we thought it might be another rumor but no. It is true. It has been confirmed by the state-owned company of China.
Reports have it that it has been made confirmed by the China Unicorn which is a Telecom owned by the state of China that they have received orders from above to block the famous Microsoft Search Engine BING. This news has been cited by the Financial Times, and they were also citing a course for confirmation.
Although Microsoft has not responded as such on this news, they are looking into this matter and searching for a reason if this is true. If the news is to true, then it will be the second biggest search engine to exit from China.
Google has already withdrawn itself from China since they were not allowed to practice free and independent internet. Google took its related websites as well.
Among other famous websites to be blocked in China are Facebook, Yahoo, and Twitter. All of these famous social websites were created by the west, and China likes to have a sense of control over things which was apparently not possible if free and open internet is allowed.
