According to the new rules, each pilgrim is not required to reach the country of Saudi Arabia within 15 days of visa issuance. And all those people who failed to follow the new rule and not come to Saudi Arabia within 15 days; they will have their visa terminated.
According to the reports, many people have sown they’re concern over the new policy. Many of Pakistani people who are waiting to go to Umrah said that they plan and save for such auspicious visits for many months or some wait for years.
Already with such tough circumstances and expensive living, it is not easy to save, and now with new rules, the things are supposed to get more difficult.
News has it that this rule has already been applied to those Umrah pilgrims who have received their visas which have been issued by Karachi Counsel General from 8th March will now have to go within 15 days otherwise their visas will get canceled.
This new policy came when the Saudi Government announced that according to the statistics, the total number of visas which have been approved by the authorities are 4,3398,959, visas for both hajj and umrah. Out of this huge number, 998,670 pilgrims of Hajj and Umrah combined are Pakistani.
